Service Restored (Mainly)
Well, my 4 day ordeal seems to be coming to an end. Nearly all service has been restored... still some stuff thats down (such as logging in to login, needed for tunnels... pam_ldap broken somewhere along the line). PHP was updated to 5.3, which broke MediaWiki; I'm going to update that as soon as possible.
I'm seriously beat... this has been hellish.

All service has been restored. The wikis have been updated to MediaWiki 1.16 from 1.11; I think I got them all. If you find a wiki that doesn't work let me know!
My long nightmare is finally
My long nightmare is finally at an end... everything seems to be working now except the Wikis, which is actually a problem with the wikis and not with the server (out of date wiki code). I'll get that fixed this evening, and then I can setup all the backup stuff like I originally intended to do. Whew!
Anything we can do?
I'm real sorry there wasn't more people around to help you X_x. Luckily for us the site is looking SUPER spiffy, AND it requires little/no re-programming. I made sure of that. The script is dumped and almost entirely ready to be put in the engine. And if your engine additions are as easy you think, we're still in for an easy port.
Is there anything else we can do to lighten your crazy ass 4 day ordeal load?
